TicketingHub Ltd ("We") are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This policy (together with our Terms and conditions and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.
Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
Data controllers and data processors
GDPR data protection law makes a clear distinction between organizations that process Personal Data for their own purposes (known as "data controllers") and organisations that process personal data on behalf of other organisations (known as "data processors").
If you have a question or complaint about how your Personal Data is handled, these should always be directed to the relevant data controller since they are the ones with primary responsibility for your Personal Data. TicketingHub depending on the circumstances may act either as a data processor or data controller.
If you are an event organizer ('Supplier') and choose our platform to manage them, TicketingHub will be the data controller in respect of the Personal Data that you provide to create your account. However, if you are a Customer that is buying tickets for the particular event from Supplier through our service, TicketingHub will be the data processor working on behalf of that Supplier.
We will process your data to help manage that event. We will perform actions such as sending tickets, confirmations, reminders about the event, processing payments. To help Suppliers understand their event performance and planning we will provide event reports, using analytics to gain insights into the sales effectiveness.
In these circumstances, any questions about your Personal Data and your rights under data protection law should be directed to the Supplier (Event organizer), as the data controller, not to TicketingHub.
Information we may collect from you
When you use or interact with us through the Services, we may collect Personal Data. Sometimes this will be on our own behalf and other times this will be on behalf of a Supplier using our Services to run a tour or event.
1. All users
Information you provide to us: For all Users we collect Personal Data when you voluntarily provide such information to the Services, such as when you register for access to the Services, contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys or browse or use certain parts of the Services. The Personal Data we may collect includes without limitation your name, address, email address and other information that enables Users to be personally identified.
Information we automatically collect: We also automatically collect certain technical data that is sent to us from the computer, mobile device and/or browser through which you access the Services ("Automatic Data"). Automatic Data includes without limitation, a unique identifier associated with your access device and/or browser (including, for example, your Internet Protocol (IP) address), characteristics about your access device and/or browser, statistics on your activities on the Services, information about how you came to the Services and data collected through Cookies, Pixel Tags, Local Shared Objects, Web Storage and other similar technologies.
When you register for the Services or otherwise submit Personal Data to us, we may associate other Non-Personal Data (including Non-Personal Data we collect from third parties) with your Personal Data. At such instance, we will treat any such combined data as your Personal Data until such time as it can no longer be associated with you or used to identify you.
2. Suppliers
Information you provide to us: In some cases, we may collect your credit card information (e.g., your credit card number and expiration date, billing address, etc.), some of which may constitute Personal Data, to secure certain payments.
In addition, if you use our payment processing services, we will collect financial information from you (e.g., your bank account information or an address to send checks) as necessary to facilitate payments and information required for tax purposes (e.g., your taxpayer identification number).
Information we obtain from other sources: We may also collect or receive Personal Data from third party sources, such as third party websites, your bank, our payment processing partners and credit reporting agencies.
3. Customers
Information you provide via TicketingHub: If you register for a paid event, you will provide financial information (e.g., your credit card number and expiration date, billing address, etc.) some of which may constitute Personal Data. In addition, Suppliers can set up event registration pages to collect virtually any information from Consumers in connection with registration for an Organiser's event listed on the Services. TicketingHub does not control a Supplier's registration process nor the Personal Data that they collect.
Information we obtain from other sources: We may also collect or receive Personal Data from third party sources, such as Organisers, other Consumers, social media or other third party integrations, your credit card issuing bank, our payment processing partners or other third parties.
Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.ticketinghub.com (opens in a new tab) ("our site"). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
Details of transactions you carry out through our site or using your TicketingHub account and of the fulfilment of your orders.
Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
Uses made of the information
We collect and use the Personal Data we collect in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. Passing this information to products and/or resellers for the purposes of undertaking a ticketing transaction or any other service which they may provide to you.
We may use the Personal Data as follows:
A. Specific use case or to carry out our obligations arising from any agreements between you and us: If you provide Personal Data for a specific purpose, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the purpose for which it was provided. For example, if you contact us by e-mail, we will use the Personal Data you provide to answer your question or resolve your problem and will respond to the email address from which the contact came.
B. Allow you to use our service when you choose: If you provide Personal Data in order to obtain access to or use of our Services or any functionality thereof, we will use your Personal Data to provide you with access to or use of the Services or functionality and to analyse your use of such Services or functionality, including sending you emails, invoices, receipts and other documents from our system.
C. Internal Business Purposes: We may use your Personal Data for internal business purposes, including without limitation, to help us improve the content and functionality of the Services, to better understand our Users, to improve the Services, to protect against, identify or address wrongdoing, to enforce our Terms of Service, to manage your account and provide you with customer service, and to generally manage the Services and our business.
D. TicketingHub Marketing: Where it is in accordance with your marketing preferences, we may use your Personal Data to contact you in the future for our marketing and advertising purposes, including without limitation, to inform you about services we believe might be of interest to you, to develop promotional or marketing materials and provide those materials to you, and to display content and advertising on or off the Services that we believe might be of interest to you.
E. Supplier Emails: We allow Suppliers to use our email tools to contact Customers for their current and past options, so you may receive emails from our system that originate with such Suppliers and that we send on their behalf. If you registered for an event on the Supplier, your email address is available to that Organiser. The Supplier and not TicketingHub is responsible for sending these emails.
F. Notify you about changes to our service: If anything changes in our Service, we will notify you by email. This includes system alert messages, such as planned outages, new features, version updates, releases, abuse warnings and changes to this privacy policy.
G. Other: If we intend to use any Personal Data in any manner that is not consistent with this Privacy Policy, you will be informed of such anticipated use prior to or at the time the Personal Data is collected or we will obtain your consent subsequent to such collection but prior to such use.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties
We are not selling your Personal Data to third parties, including third party advertisers. We consider this information to be a crucial part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may disclose, transfer or share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you.
Sometimes, we share your information with our third-party Service Providers, who help us provide and support our Services. These third-party Service Providers enter into a contract that requires them to use your Personal Information only for the provision of services to us and in a manner that is consistent with this policy.
We may also disclose your Personal Data:
- In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
- If TicketingHub Ltd or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
- If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TicketingHub Limited, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
- With our contractors and service providers who process Personal Data on behalf of TicketingHub to perform certain business-related functions. These companies include our email providers, hosting provider, marketing agencies, database providers, and others.
- With Suppliers when you (a customer) make a booking through the TicketingHub platform, we provide the Personal Data entered on the applicable option of the Supplier.
It is important that you review the Suppliers' policies, and if applicable and available, their appointed Third Parties, before providing Personal Data or other information.
Where we store your personal data
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our products or third parties which provide services to you.
By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
Security
If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into our system that materially affects you, then TicketingHub will notify you within 72 hours after being aware of it and later report the action we took in response.
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Information.
TicketingHub accounts require a username and password to log in. You must keep your username and password secure, and never disclose it to a third party. Because the information about supplier customers is sensitive, supplier account passwords are encrypted, which means that we are not able to read your password, and we cannot resend forgotten passwords either. We will only reset them upon your request.
IP addresses
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
Cookies, pixels, GPS tracking and similar
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to distinguish you from other users of our website. Please refer to our Cookie policy for more information about our use of cookies and other similar tracking technologies.
Do Not Track
Do Not Track technology is a standard intended to enable individual Web users to express whether or not they consent to having their online activities monitored and collated, mostly for the purpose of being served targeted advertising.
We currently do not participate in any "Do Not Track" frameworks that would allow us to monitor or follow any Do Not Track browser requests. That said, some of our features may have the ability to monitor or follow Do Not Track browser requests.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes.
You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data.

Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.
Access, update and removal of your data
Suppliers registered in our system have the possibility to correct and update personal data at any time by logging in and accessing profile settings page.
Both registered and unregistered Users may also exercise these rights by contacting us directly by email or at the address specified in the contact section. We will give an individual access to any Personal Information we hold about them within 30 days of any request for that information. Individuals may request to access, correct, amend or delete information we hold about them by contacting us. Unless it is prohibited by law, we will remove any Personal Information about an individual from our servers at your or their request.
If a Consumer requests deletion of data, TicketingHub is authorized to delete or anonymize Personal Data of the requesting Consumer from the Services even if that means removing its availability to the Supplier through the Services. We will consider and respond to all requests in accordance with applicable law.
You may as well raise objection or restriction of processing your personal data. Due to the GDPR data protection law we are obliged to remove your personal data from our system. This action will be executed through anonymization of requested part, or all your personal data.
As long as you are registered to use TicketingHub services we may hold your Personal Data. You may close your account by contacting us. However, we may hold Personal Data for an additional period as is permitted or required by applicable laws.
If you have an account in our service, we will typically retain your Personal Data for a period of 90 days after you have requested that your account is closed.
Please note a supplier who has been inactive for more than 2 years will automatically be removed and all data around their account will be deleted forever.
Language
This document is written in English, and the English version takes precedence. If we publish a translation, it is for convenience only: where a translation and the English version differ, the English version applies, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes to our privacy policy
Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.
